Cancellation Policy

***Policy Effective 2025*** Refunds: No refunds will be given for completed service on fills or lash extensions; all sales are final. This includes allergic reactions, sensitivity, or failure to follow proper aftercare within 24 hours per policy its my job to apply 50% on my half before you leave my salon instructions are provided to you after. Appointments: New client regular lash/fill pricing appointments: A $50.00 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to guarantee an appointment. Free Offer appointments on lashes: A $25.00 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to guarantee an appointment. Return 2-week appointments: A $50.00 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to guarantee an appointment. Cancellations: Please, respect the lash artist’s time as she plans for your appointment with products and adjusts her plans also other clients who are on a waitlist and could have booked this policy is for free/promo discounted services and regular services and new client service bookings please provide us a 48-hour notice from the time your appointment is scheduled so we can reschedule free of charge any notice after the 48 hours to cancel or reschedule you will be charged the full price of service you are booked for. If you cancel your appointment day of or before the 48 hours you will be charged 100% of the service fee deposits are non-refundable. If you cannot make your appointment please reschedule your appointment with me 48 hours before so I can move your appointment for free of charge. No-Show appointments: This is for all free/promo, regular service current/new client or return 2-week appointments I do charge a 100% fee of the service you are booked for that will be charged for a no-show on your appointment day text messages do go out 24 hours before for reminders. Disputes: If I find you dispute a charge etc that you were liable for per policy and it's in the time frame of the appointment you booked you will be banned from booking again and reported also proof is provided to the financial institution of my policies.
